DMCA / Copyright Policy
Bestfans GmbH respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. This policy describes the procedure for reporting alleged copyright infringement under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the related procedures available.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)
If you believe that content published on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent (DMCA Agent) identified below. For us to process your notice, it must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, together with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL);
- Your complete contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

3. Removal of Content
Upon receipt of a valid notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material in question. We will notify the affected user of the removal.
4. Counter-Notice
If a user believes that their content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notice must include:
- The physical or electronic signature of the user;
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- The user's name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant first takes legal action.
5. Repeat Infringers
Bestfans GmbH reserves the right to suspend and terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

Notices regarding unlawful content under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act may additionally be submitted via our DSA reporting form.
