Report content or an account

To report content, a comment or an account, you'll find the "Report" option everywhere. Alternatively, please use our contact form to report content or an account. Please tell us why you think this content, comment or account shouldn't be on BestFans.


Why do I need to confirm my email address?

To be able to use BestFans and see all content, it's important that you confirm your email address. Without this confirmation, we won't be able to send you important system notifications - e.g. to reset your password - or updates. If you haven't received a confirmation email, you can request a new email at any time. You can change your notification settings at any time in your preferences.

Is the registration for free?

Of course the registration for you as a creator at BestFans is for free and without any engagement. On the contrary: with your exclusive content you can finally earn money and no longer have to wait for any potential collaborations for sponsored posts etc.! Customers want to see you and your content, so we pay YOU a 90% commission without chargebacks for your customers' subscriptions, pay per view purchases, tips etc.!

What are the guidelines for G-, R- and PG-rated content?

Nudity and R- respectively PG-rated content are not allowed for your avatar picture, header picture and "About me". In your posts and sent messages such content is allowed. Please make sure that you indicate when uploading your content as adult content according to our terms and conditions

Revenue and payouts
When do BestFans do the payout and what is the minimum payout?

We're always doing the payout on the 15th of the following month when you've reached the minimum payment amount of 25.00 EUR net. If you haven't reached the amount, we will of course accumulate the amount.

Depending on where you have your bank account, it will take one to three business days until the money is available at your bank account.

For your payout please check if all relevant data (first name / last name, address, SEPA bank or Skrill details, an up-to-the-minute ID shot of you, etc.) are correctly provided in your account.


How can I withdraw my earnings?

We will pay out your earnings via bank transfer, given that your bank account is located in the SEPA area. You can check whether this is the case here. You can enter your bank details when logged in to BestFans via the "Settings" > "Payout information".

Payments to Creators in non-EU countries without participation in the SEPA procedure are made via the payment service Skrill operated by Skrill Limited under the relevant terms of use of Skrill. This requires among other things the opening of a user account for Skrill. After registering with Skrill, please enter your registered email address within the "Payout information" and save the information. Important: in order to fill in your data for your Skrill account, you need to prepare a deposit. To do this, use one of the available options for depositing at Skrill, save your personal information and cancel the process before the actual deposit will be done. Your data deposited at Skrill must exactly match your data filled in at BestFans, otherwise we can't do the payout! If you are from a non-EU country and still participate in the SEPA procedure, please get in touch with us.

I haven't received my payout - what's the reason?

Please check first if you have entered all necessary data in your account settings. Payouts can only be made if we have all your personal and payout data.

In the second step, please check whether your earnings exceeded the limit of 25.00 euros / U.S. dollar net in the last month / in the last few months accumulated.


Where can I find my statements for payouts?

You can find your statements for the payout(s) logged in to your creator account via "Settings" > "Payout information".


Where do I see my paid subscribers / fans (revenue)?

You can find these information logged in to your creator account at "My subscribers". You can also find more information at your "Statistics".


Which subscription prices can I set?

With BestFans you can set a price between 4.95 and 50 EUR per month for your paid subscriptions. With BestFans your fans can also follow you for free and you decide whether individual content should be available for a fee via pay on demand or also for a fee for your subscribers. With BestFans you have complete control!


Commission, fees & chargebacks
With a 90% commission without chargebacks - or without hidden payout fees - we are the front-runner in the market! Customers want to see you and your content on BestFans and not us, so the lion's share is yours! The 10% operator fee covers hosting, support, payment and all other BestFans services.

You need to know that all values in your stats are net, excluding VAT. Your subscription price or also prices for single sales or tips etc. are gross and therefore your customer will see what price she/he is really paying. Please note that VAT varies depending on the country where the customer comes from and therefore your net sales in the statistics may also vary.

So your stats will be composed as follows:

Net sales = price of a subscription / sale / tip etc. minus X% VAT (depending on where the customer comes from).

Commission net = 90% of the net revenue without chargebacks

Your net commission results from the 90% commission (without chargebacks) on the net turnover.

Please note that we can only pay VAT to creators who have their place of residence/business in Germany!

Why is an up-to-the-minute ID shot needed for the creator registration?

To make sure that you're the content creator whose content will be shown on BestFans, you have to verify yourself with the up-to-the-minute ID-Shot. An up-to-the-minute ID-shot is a picture of you with your valid ID card next to your face and a piece of paper in your hand with BestFans, your BestFans nickname and the current date on it. This document is of course not publicly visible.


How can I change my nickname?

To change your BestFans nickname please contact us via our contact form or via email. For a review of the change, please also tell us directly your new nickname.


How can I change my data? > address, tax information etc.

You can change a part of your data at BestFans by yourself. Please log in and have a look at the "Settings". If you need to change data that you can not change by yourself, please get in touch with us via our contact form or via email.


How can I update my up-to-the-minute ID shot?

You can update or upload your new, valid up-to-the-minute ID shot logged in to your account via "Settings" > "Payout information".


How do I get verification?

You will automatically get the checkmark for the verification at BestFans as an activated creator. We need an valid up-to-the-minute ID shot and also information about your existing social media accounts for the activation.


How can I delete my profile?

Your creator profile at BestFans is for free! So you can just let it rest. If you are interested again later, you can continue to use it directly and don't need to create a new profile. Please keep in mind that your account can only be deleted when all paid subscriptions of followers have been expired. If you want to delete the whole content on your BestFans profile, please also keep in mind that you will then lose the right to compensation from your followers. If you still want to delete your profile, please contact us via our contact form or via email.

How can I change my email address?

Logged in to BestFans you can change your email address via "Settings" > "Account settings". Please enter your new email address and we will send you an email to confirm it. Immediately after you have clicked the link in the email, the new email address will be active.


How can I change my password?

Logged in to BestFans you can change your password via "Settings" > "Account settings". Please enter your old and your new password and click "Change password". The new password must also contain at least one capital letter and either a number or a letter and must be at least at minimum eight characters long.

How do I upload content (images / videos)?

At BestFans you can easily upload new content while logged in using the "+" symbol or directly after logging in to your profile using "Create post". Please note that the content you upload must be in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and the Special Terms and Conditions for Creator!


Am I allowed to upload R- and PG-rated content to BestFans?

As an activated creator, you can also upload R- and PG-rated content. As a creator, you must inform our support before publishing such content so that we can carry out an appropriate classification and labeling in advance as well as the required age verification your followers. In addition as a creator you must also tag such posts when uploading/publishing content as "explicit content". 


How do I change my avatar picture?

You can easily change your profile picture via "Settings" > "Account settings" > "Edit profile" or directly on your profile.


Deleting and editing posts

You can edit or delete your uploaded posts at BestFans at any time. Just click on the three small dots next to your post and then on "Edit". Please note that you can delete a maximum of 20% of your published content per day. If you delete postings within the first 30 minutes after publishing, they won't count towards the 20% per day. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us via our contact form or via email.


How can I delete comments?

You can delete your own comments for your content simply by clicking the "Delete" button directly under your comment. If you have a remark about other users' comments, you can simply report the comment to us using the "Reporting" function. 


Why are my pictures signed with a "BestFans" watermark?

To protect your uploaded content best, it'll be signed with a branding / watermark "BestFans".

What is BestFans?

At BestFans.com you can now see value added content from your favorite social media creators! As a fan you can view videos and images and connect directly and personally with the creator of your choice via chat! Every day Creators post content at BestFans that you wouldn't see on social media - e.g. insights into their personal lives, exclusive pictures & videos, new releases, etc.

BestFans.com is exclusively for people of legal age.


How can I register?

You can easily register to BestFans from the creator's profile that you came to BestFans. Just click on "Subscribe" or "Follow" on the profile and enter your data for the registration.


Is the registration really free of charge?

Yes, the registration at BestFans.com is completely free of charge. You can register easily and without any engagement. Registering for free helps you to get an impression of our community. You have different possibilities to use BestFans. For this further actions may have to be performed in order to get access to content. The registration and general use of BestFans.com is not connected with any basic fees.

Which payment methods are available?

At BestFans you can use the payment methods credit card, direct debit (for German fans) and SOFORTÜberweisung / Klarna (for European fans).


What does my bank statement / credit card statement say?

Of course the debit is made with a neutral reason for payment. Only the website is named and for a better allocation of a purchase also a clearly assignable purpose.

How do I change my nickname?

A change of the nickname is not possible. In special exceptional cases, please send a justified request to our support and also inform us about your new preferred nickname for the change.


Where can I find the T&C and privacy policy?

BestFans.com strictly adheres to applicable German law. All terms of use and privacy policy are always up to date and clearly formulated.

How can I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel the paid subscription to a creator at any time when you're logged in to BestFans.com via "Settings" > "Subscribed by me". Please note that the duration of a subscription is always at least 30 days. The cancellation will take effect after the expiration of the purchased subscription period and we will of course not charge you again for the cancelled subscription.


Can I delete my profile?

Too bad you are thinking about deleting your BestFans account! Did you miss or did you dislike something specific? If so, feel free to get in touch with our support! But of course you can also simply delete your account. Please log in and go to "Settings". In order to delete your account, you must first cancel any existing subscriptions. The deletion of your account will get effective as soon as you have no more subscriptions. When the deletion becomes effective, the account and any content on BestFans will be deleted completely and permanently.

How can I get in touch with a creator?

You can use the comment function as well as the messenger at BestFans, as long as you follow the creator or have subscribed to the creator. You can find the button for the messenger on the creator profile. Once you are in contact via the messenger, you will find the conversation in the messenger.


How do I upload content (images / videos)?

At BestFans you can easily upload new content by logging in and clicking the "+" icon. Please note that the content you upload must be in accordance with our terms and conditions! R- and PG-rated content may only be uploaded and published by approved creators!


How do I change/delete my avatar picture?

You can easily change your avatar when you're logged in via "Settings" > "Account settings" > "Edit profile" or directly on your profile.


How can I delete comments?

You can delete your own comments under others' content simply by clicking the "Delete" button directly under your comment. If in doubt you can report comments from other users to us for review using the "Report" function.
