Please make sure that you are using the correct login credentials. If you have forgotten your password, please use "password forgotten". If you have any further questions, please contact our support.

To report content, a comment or an account, you'll find the "Report" option everywhere. Alternatively, please use our contact form or "Reporting DSA" to report content or an account. Please tell us why you think this content, comment or account shouldn't be on BestFans.

To be able to use BestFans and see all content, it's important that you confirm your email address. Without this confirmation, we won't be able to send you important system notifications - e.g. to reset your password - or updates. If you haven't received a confirmation email, you can request a new email at any time. You can change your notification settings at any time in your preferences.

Yes, signing up on BestFans is completely free and non-binding. You can start earning money with your exclusive content right away – no need to wait for collaborations or sponsored posts. After registration, use the extended activation directly in your Dashboard to upload all necessary data and content.

Please provide your existing social media accounts during sign-up. Additionally, a one-time identity verification is required. After signing up, click on Settings, then "Payout Details," and have your ID or passport ready. It only takes about 2 minutes and is carried out by our professional partner YOTI.
Afterwards, we will also need a consent form from you. You will receive this immediately after completing your verification.

BestFans pays out weekly by default. Payouts are reviewed at the beginning of the week and transferred within 1–3 business days. Manual payouts are not possible. If preferred, we can switch your payouts to monthly – just reach out to us via the contact form.

Common reasons:

  • Incorrect bank details: Check and correct your bank information under "Payout Details."
  • Missing tax number: Add your tax number under "Payout Details → Add Data" (10–20 digits, issued by the tax office – please don't confuse your tax number with your tax ID).
  • Minimum payout amount not reached: Payouts are only processed from €25 net onwards. If your earnings are below that, they will be accumulated.

Payouts are made via bank transfer, provided your bank account is within the SEPA zone. You can enter your bank details under "Settings" → "Payout Details."

For Creators outside the SEPA zone, payouts can be made via Skrill. Your Skrill account must be fully verified and linked to a payment method (bank account or card). The name and address must match exactly between Skrill and BestFans – even small differences in spelling or abbreviations can block your payout.

Credit note documents are available for download as PDFs in your account under Settings → Payout Details. BestFans does not issue separate tax certificates.

All values in your statistics are net (excluding VAT). Subscription prices and Pay-per-View prices are shown to your Fans as gross amounts. Since VAT varies depending on the Fan's country, your net earnings in the statistics may also vary.

In order for us to process your payout, we need your tax number. Please enter it in your BestFans account under "Payout Details → Add Data." Don't worry – if you don't have it at hand right now, your money won't be lost. Once the number is entered, the next scheduled payout will be processed automatically.

🇩🇪 Germany
In Germany, there are two different numbers – please don't mix them up:

  • Tax ID (Steueridentifikationsnummer / TIN): 11 digits, automatically assigned by the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt). You can find it on the BZSt assignment letter, your payslip, your tax assessment notice, or in the ELSTER portal. If in doubt, contact your local tax office.
  • Tax number (Steuernummer): 10–13 digits (format e.g. 12/345/67890), assigned by your local tax office and shown on your tax assessment notice. If you don't have one yet (e.g. because you haven't filed a tax return before), you will receive one after registering your activity with the tax office.
For payouts, we need your tax number.

🇦🇹 Austria
Your tax number (9 digits, format e.g. 12-345/6789) can be found on your tax assessment notice or via FinanzOnline. If you don't have one yet, you can apply for it at your local tax office.

🇨🇭 Switzerland
In Switzerland, the AHV number (13 digits, format 756.XXXX.XXXX.XX) serves as your tax identification number. You can find it on your social security card, in tax documents, or on the website of the Federal Tax Administration (ESTV).

🇫🇷 France
Your tax identification number is the Numéro fiscal / SPI (13 digits). You can find it on your pre-filled income tax return (déclaration pré-remplie) or on your tax assessment notice (avis d'imposition).

🇮🇹 Italy
Your tax number is the Codice Fiscale (16 characters). You can find it on your health card (tessera sanitaria), your national ID, or the TIN card.

🇪🇸 Spain
Your tax identification number is the NIF/DNI (9 characters). You can find it on your national ID card.

🇳🇱 Netherlands
Your tax number is the BSN (Burgerservicenummer) – a 9-digit number found on your ID card, passport, or driver's license.

🇵🇹 Portugal
Your tax number is the NIF (Número de Identificação Fiscal) – 9 digits, found on the Citizen Card or the TIN card from the Portuguese tax administration.

🇧🇪 Belgium
Your tax number is the Numéro National / Rijksregisternummer (11 digits), found on your national ID card.

Yes, earnings generated through BestFans are generally subject to taxation. This typically applies regardless of the country you live in, whether it's your main job or a side income, and regardless of the amount.

Here's what you should keep in mind:

  • Tax obligation: In most countries, you are required to declare all income – including income from online platforms – in your tax return. Make sure to inform yourself about the tax regulations in your country of residence.
  • Business registration: Depending on the country, you may need to register a business or register as self-employed before earning income.
  • Enter your tax number: BestFans requires your tax number for payouts. Enter it in your account under "Payout Details → Add Data."
  • Credit notes: Your statements are available for download as PDFs at any time under Settings → Payout Details in your BestFans account.
Important: BestFans does not provide tax advice. We recommend consulting a tax advisor who is experienced with income from online platforms early on.

Since the beginning of 2026, the Fan Lifetime Commission applies:

  • With PARTNER+: 90% on your own earnings + 5% Lifetime Commission on earnings from referred Fans
  • Without PARTNER+: 80% on your own earnings + 2.5% Lifetime Commission
Important: The Lifetime Commission only applies when referred Fans spend money with other Creators – not with you. Your own earnings are covered by the standard commission. You can sign up for Partner+ here: bestfans.com/partner-plus-status.

With Partner+, we pay very high commissions – 90% + 5% for referred Fans who generate revenue with other Creators. We regularly check whether the requirements are met:

  • BestFans link in your social media bio or at the top of your link list
  • A direct link to your link list must be stored on BestFans
You can reapply for Partner+ after making corrections at bestfans.com/partner-plus-status.

In the "Link List" field, do not enter your BestFans profile link directly. Instead:

  1. Create or use a link list (e.g. Linktree, Beacons, etc.)
  2. Place your BestFans link in the first position. TIP: If you mention PayPal in your link description, it dramatically boosts your click-through rate. That's how you benefit the most!
  3. Enter the link list at bestfans.com/partner-plus-status

No, there is currently no Creator referral program. The partner program is about referring Fans, not Creators.

Before deletion, please take active subscriptions into account:

  • Deactivate monthly plans under Settings → Manage Plans
  • Let existing subscriptions expire
  • Contact us via our contact form so we can process the deletion
If you want your account deleted immediately, you forfeit the payout entitlement from active subscriptions. You can return and re-register at any time.

Simply send us an email. We'll be happy to reactivate your profile. Your profile is always free – you can also just leave it dormant and pick it back up anytime.

Contact support and let us know your desired new nickname. A new promo link will be generated afterwards – the old one will no longer work. Important: You'll need to update your BestFans links in link lists and social media afterwards.

Go to: Gear icon → Account Settings → Edit Data → Edit Profile. There you can customize your bio, profile picture, and header.

Under "Settings" → "Account Settings" → "Edit Profile" or directly on your profile. Please note: Avatar, header, and "About Me" must not contain nudity or adult content – "topless" is also not permitted there.

Under "Settings" → "Account Settings," enter the new email address. You will receive a confirmation email – once you click the link, the new address is active immediately.

Under "Settings" → "Account Settings," enter your old and new password. The new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter and one number or special character.

Email and address can be changed under Settings → Account Data or requested via support. Bank details can be changed under Settings → Payout Details. If fields are locked, please contact us.

Log in to BestFans. Use the "+" icon or go directly to your profile and click "Create Post" to upload content.

Yes, you are allowed to upload fully explicit content.

Click the three dots (…) in the top right corner of the respective post → "Delete" or "Delete Post" and confirm. You can delete a maximum of 20% of your published content per day. Deletions within the first 30 minutes after publishing do not count toward this limit.

Header videos are great because they bring you a lot of attention. Videos may be up to 15 seconds long. After uploading, there will be a brief review. How to upload: Gear icon → Account Settings → Edit Data → Edit Profile → Select file and save.

Yes, your uploaded content is automatically watermarked with BestFans branding. If someone publishes it outside of BestFans, we can identify which Fan leaked it and request them to take it down, as well as take further action.

No. For users outside the EU, BestFans is automatically displayed in English, but your post texts are not translated. Tip: Write your descriptions in English as well to reach international Fans. There is a separate field for this when creating a post.

No. Hiring an agency or chat service provider to write to Fans on your behalf is not permitted on BestFans. Our Terms of Service explicitly require that messages to Fans must be written by you personally. The reason is simple: Your Fans are paying to be in contact with you – not with an agency or management.

Furthermore, it is not legal – and in fact punishable – when third parties write to Fans in your name without clearly and unambiguously informing the Fans. Courts have already ruled that such "fake chats" can have legal and criminal consequences – both for the agency and the Creator who hired them. The reality is: Most agencies do not transparently inform Fans that they are not communicating with the real person.

Important: Even if you were to inform your Fans that someone else is writing, it remains prohibited on BestFans for an agency or third party to handle your Fan messages. We want Fans on BestFans to experience honest and personal contact – that is exactly what the platform was built and founded for.

If you're receiving a lot of messages and can no longer respond to everything, you can adjust your message settings:

  1. Click the gear icon (Settings) in your account.
  2. Go to Message Settings.
  3. There you can set who is allowed to message you – e.g. only paying subscribers instead of all followers.
Additionally, you can set a message price. This way:
  • You automatically reduce the number of incoming messages, because only Fans who are genuinely interested will write to you.
  • You simultaneously generate additional, highly attractive revenue through your chat.
This keeps you in control of your inbox, lets you focus on the most valuable contacts, and helps you use your time more efficiently.

This is usually caused by an active VPN connection. To protect against chat agencies (which are not allowed on BestFans – see above), messaging via VPN is blocked. "iCloud Private Relay" or security apps that automatically activate a VPN can also cause this issue. Solution: Deactivate your VPN when writing messages on BestFans. After that, the Messenger should work without any problems.
If you absolutely need a VPN, e.g. because you're in a country where you otherwise can't access BestFans, please contact us.

You can use the Messenger as soon as a Fan follows you or has subscribed. There is also a voice message feature. Additionally, you can send paid photos or videos through it.

No – the user only sees you; you do not see the user. Users also cannot see each other.

Before each stream, you'll be asked to select a preview image. This must be softcore (topless is allowed, but nothing beyond that) and serves as a banner for users visiting your profile. Without a custom image, your header image will be used automatically.

Not yet – but this feature is in the works.

Yes! Send the links to the affected pages to Creator Support. Important: The BestFans logo or an image ID must be visible on the images so that a takedown can be requested from the site operators. At the same time, we also check which Fan leaked your content and can request them to remove it or ban them from BestFans.

You can set a subscription price between €4.95 and €50 per month. Additionally, you can sell individual pieces of content via Pay-per-View. You have full control over which content is free to view and which is paid.

Your Fans can pay with credit card, PayPal, Paysafecard, and SOFORT Transfer / Klarna (for European Fans).

BestFans is fundamentally different from most Creator platforms: You don't just earn from your own revenue – you also earn permanently from every Fan you bring to the platform. This is the Fan Lifetime Commission – a true passive income.

Place your BestFans link optimally:

  • Use a link list (e.g. Linktree, Beacons) and place your BestFans link in the first position – visibility is everything.
  • Add a note in your link or description that your Fans can pay on BestFans with PayPal and Paysafecard. This significantly lowers the barrier and has been proven to increase click-through rates, because Fans immediately see that their preferred payment method is available.
  • Example bio text: "Exclusive content on BestFans 🔥 PayPal & Paysafecard!"
Bringing new Fans = more visibility:
BestFans tracks when you send new Fans to the platform and rewards you with additional ad placements. The more Fans you bring, the more visible your profile becomes – a cycle that boosts both your reach and your income.

More tips for maximum earnings:
  • Post regularly: The activity index rewards consistency. With a €12 subscription, you should publish at least 3–4 posts per month. More content = happier Fans = fewer cancellations.
  • Reply to messages: Personal contact via the Messenger is one of the strongest levers for tips and Pay-per-View purchases.
  • Offer custom videos: Custom content is a premium product. Deliver custom videos reliably to avoid commission deductions.
  • Reach international Fans: Write your product descriptions in English as well – BestFans is automatically displayed in English for users abroad.
  • Use live sessions: Livestreams create closeness and exclusivity. This increases loyalty and drives more tips.
  • Use social media actively: Link your BestFans profile on all channels. The more prominent the link, the more new Fans – and the more Lifetime Commission.

As a fan you can view videos and images and connect directly and personally with the creator of your choice via chat! Every day Creators post content at BestFans that you wouldn't see on social media - e.g. insights into their personal lives, exclusive pictures & videos, new releases, etc.

BestFans.com is exclusively for people of legal age.

You can easily register to BestFans from the creator's profile that you came to BestFans. Just click on "Subscribe" or "Follow" on the profile and enter your data for the registration.

Yes, the registration at BestFans.com is completely free of charge. You can register easily and without any engagement. Registering for free helps you to get an impression of our community. You have different possibilities to use BestFans. For this further actions may have to be performed in order to get access to content. The registration and general use of BestFans.com is not connected with any basic fees.

At BestFans you can use the payment methods credit card, direct debit (for German fans) and Paysafecard & SOFORTÜberweisung / Klarna (for European fans).

Of course the debit is made with a neutral reason for payment. Only the website is named and for a better allocation of a purchase also a clearly assignable purpose.

A change of the nickname is not possible. In special exceptional cases, please send a justified request to our support and also inform us about your new preferred nickname for the change.

BestFans.com strictly adheres to applicable German law. All terms of use and privacy policy are always up to date and clearly formulated.

You can cancel the paid subscription to a creator at any time when you're logged in to BestFans.com via "Settings" > "Subscribed by me". Please note that the duration of a subscription is always at least 30 days. The cancellation will take effect after the expiration of the purchased subscription period and we will of course not charge you again for the cancelled subscription.

Too bad you are thinking about deleting your BestFans account! Did you miss or did you dislike something specific? If so, feel free to get in touch with our support! But of course you can also simply delete your account. Please log in and go to "Settings". In order to delete your account, you must first cancel any existing subscriptions. The deletion of your account will get effective as soon as you have no more subscriptions. When the deletion becomes effective, the account and any content on BestFans will be deleted completely and permanently.

Logged in to BestFans you can change your email address via "Settings" > "Account settings". Please enter your new email address and we will send you an email to confirm it. Immediately after you have clicked the link in the email, the new email address will be active.

Logged in to BestFans you can change your password via "Settings" > "Account settings". Please enter your old and your new password and click "Change password". The new password must also contain at least one capital letter and either a number or a letter and must be at least eight characters long.

You can use the comment function as well as the messenger at BestFans, as long as you follow the creator or have subscribed to the creator. You can find the button for the messenger on the creator profile. Once you are in contact via the messenger, you will find the conversation in the messenger.

At BestFans you can easily upload new content by logging in and clicking the "+" icon. Please note that the content you upload must be in accordance with our terms and conditions! R- and PG-rated content may only be uploaded and published by approved creators!

You can easily change your avatar when you're logged in via "Settings" > "Account settings" > "Edit profile" or directly on your profile.

You can delete your own comments under others' content simply by clicking the "Delete" button directly under your comment. If in doubt you can report comments from other users to us for review using the "Report" function.
