Carbonara Recipe - heat a nonstick pan on high heat and add the pancetta, cook until slightly crispy. Add the white wine and cook for a further 2 minutes, and the cream and simmer for a minute then add the tagliatelle cook for a further 2 minutes and add the egg yolk stir and serve. Top with Parmesan cheese.
